This pledge sheet is your admission to the 500/1000 Technique Challenge in support of the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Campaign.
Collect any donations at all, then come to the dojo by 9:45am, and do your 500 techniques, or 10:45 for 1000 or 5000 techniques.
Prizes will also be awarded for the top three people who collect the most pledges!

Prizes for the most funds raised:
1st – Sparring Gear
2nd – Heavy Weight Gi
3rd – Gym Bag
Anyone Who Raises Over $100 will automatically be entered into a draw to win a Gym Bag.
