I hope that everyone had a great weekend. We are back for a fun and exciting week at the Dojo. This week is pre testing week. Instructors will be starting progress checks and seeing who is ready for their tip or belt test next week.

This Saturday, we have the fantastic opportunity to attend a Canadian DNBK fundraising seminar. The seminar will be on Goju Ruy Kata and will taught via Zoom by Kyoshi Mike and Kyoshi Laura Sywyk from East Wind Martial Arts in Ottawa.
