Happy Monday Everyone!

We hope that you had a fun and exciting weekend. This last Saturday students attending classes were invited to wear their Halloween costumes, every one had a great time. This week we will continue with our Sparring practice, please remember to bring your gear to class. We are also forming our assistant instructor schedule for Teen and Adult students this week. Please see Melanie to schedule the class that you would like to assist in.
