Did you know that karate is making its debut this year the Summer Olympics in Tokyo? This is the first time karate will be included as a sport in the international games. Although sport-karate is quite a bit different from the traditional martial arts we practice, it is interesting to see its evolution. We are witnessing martial arts history unfolding!
