This weekend is the Civic Holiday Long Weekend. The dojo is closed and there are are no classes on Saturday, July 31st and Monday, August 2nd. Classes are postponed until Tuesday, August 3rd.

In other news, we have had a full week of in-person classes! Many thanks to all our students and instructors for adjusting back to training in the dojo with a new schedule! Please contact us if you would like to re-join in-person classes and/or book your classes through Perfect Mind.
