Happy Monday everyone!

We hope you had a great weekend and had a chance to enjoy some of the nice weather that we saw here in Kingston.

We’re back to a full week of classes here at the dojo and we look forward to seeing our students back and working hard in the classes again!

Our classes are slowly growing each week, and we appreciate the support of our students and their families for trusting us with our policies and procedures that we are following for all of our classes.

Don’t forget that space is limited in our classes! If you haven’t signed backup yet, now is the time before the spaces fill up for every day of the week!
