Good morning everyone!
As we celebrate the Victoria Day Holiday a little bit differently this year, we can’t help but be thankful and optimistic as we move onto our eventual summer of the “new normal”. We have been fortunate in our area, and our hard work so far has been paying off.
One thing that this has shown us is that we are are all stronger and more resilient together as a community, we are all looking out for each other, and are constantly finding new ways to stay in contact, stay inspired, and keep happy and healthy.
We all know times are tough, and it can be affecting everyone a little bit differently than others, but if we are all going to make it through to the other side of this, comparisons need to be set aside, it needs to be a group effort, and humility is key.
We can’t wait until we can be open for our regular facility classes again, to teach classes our local schools, and share our own support through our local events in the Kingston community, but only when the time is right and safe, so we do not have a second wave of closures making it even more difficult the next time around. Things might ave to change when we’re back, but we are willing to do those things to be there for you when you need it.
We hope that everyone is using this time to keep up on their training, are finding all of our content videos that we have been sharing has been useful and helpful to you, and cannot thank those that have joined us so far for our temporary online classes, keeping up your training with us, and giving us something to do with our students we appreciate so much. Thank you.
We hope you have a great rest of your long weekend, and remind you that our online program classes are taking a break for the holiday today. Our online schedule will resume tomorrow. However, you can still look forward to two short lesson videos to be shared later today.
Stay safe, stay healthy, stay inspired, stay happy, and most importantly, do your part to help everyone in the capacity that you can, this is how we will all come out of this together and stronger because of it.
