Hey everybody! We hope you had a good weekend, we sure had a snowy one! But we’re back and set for another great week here at the dojo.

This past Saturday we raised over $3500 for the Salvation Army at our annual 500 Technique Challenge & Skills Competition! We can’t thank enough for taking the time and effort to help us with this wonderful event.
