Hey everybody! we hope you had a good weekend, we’re back! and set for a busy one here at the dojo.

THIS SATURDAY is our Annual ‘Kids Helping Kids Have Christmas’ 500 Technique Challenge, Skills Competition, and Salvation Army Fundraiser. We look forward to seeing everyone out Saturday morning around 9:30 at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School for this wonderful event. All funds raised goes to the Kingston Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Campaign to help provide local Kingston families a warm holiday meal and necessities during the Christmas season. We are also preparing our Karate Kids Program schools for their upcoming Testing Weeks, there are only a few classes left until our students go through their test to see if they are able to receive their new belts at their school program! Keep us the hard work and we sill see you at your schools again this week.

Progress on our 25th Anniversary Winter Training Festival Weekend are coming along well, be prepared to receive the posters, information packets, and pre-registration forms very soon!
