Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend, as we sure had a busy one!!

We want to thank everyone who came out and helped by participating or volunteering with our annual summer skills competition, we were able to donate a full bin and a great chunk of funds to the Kingston Food Bank, look for the final results to come later this week!

Our annual Black Belt Test was a great success with a wonderful group of students working hard and cheering on their classmates as they passed their test for their 1st degree Black Belt or Sashes!

Congratulations to Stuart for his Shodan in Goju-Ryu Karate, and to Gabe and Tiffanie for their 1st Degree Black Sashes in Shaolin Kung-Fu.
