Monday Weekly Update

Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend, we’re back! and set for a busy one here at the dojo!

Most of our Tallack’s Karate Kids Program classes are wrapping up at their respective schools this week, with the exception of a couple schools that were extended into next week, (due to various snow/bus cancellation days earlier in the program.) We hope you enjoyed the program, and we look forward to being back at our great and supportive schools again next school year!

This Thursday evening (DEPENDING ON WEATHER) will be our first outdoor class at Lions Civic Gardens Park, (near the Cataraqui Town Centre/Isabel Turner Library) this class is open to all of our teen and adult students, and it runs from 7-8:30pm. Please bring some good shoes and a water bottle, meet us at the park for 7, and we will also be giving the park a quick tidy to ensure its ready for our big day this Saturday!

This Saturday morning is our annual Summer Skills Competition! Held at Lancaster Drive Public School, doors open at 9 AM, the event gets underway at 10 AM, and should be wrapped up by 12 noon. Admission is by monetary or non-perishable food donation to the Kingston Food Bank. We look forward to seeing everyone this Saturday morning for a great time! To RSVP, click this link!

Saturday afternoon starting at 1 PM is our annual Black Belt Test Day! We look forward to seeing all of our students out to train with and help out our recommended students as they go through their Black Belt Testing in Karate and Kung-Fu. The test will wrap up around 9 PM with a celebratory dinner and social event. To RSVP, click this link!
