Hey everybody, we hope you had a good weekend! We’re back and set for a busy week here at the dojo!

This past Saturday, the Brazlian Jiu-Jitsu class had the great opportunity to train with master Carlos Machado, we thank you for making your way to Kingston and hope you enjoyed the time at our dojo!

This Friday evening is the dinner ceremony for Hanshi Tallack’s induction into the Kingston and District Sports Hall of Fame, we look forward to a great evening on Friday, look for some pictures to come soon!

This week is also the start of our Karate Kids Program Graduation Ceremonies, this Saturday we start at 12pm for Rideau Public, then 1:30pm for J.R. Henderson (Last Names A-P), then 3pm for Linklater and Henderson (Last Names Q-Z). We look forward to seeing all of our hard working students and their families here at the dojo this weekend!
