Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend as we sure did!

We were able to raise over $2000 from our Yard Sale, Bake Sale, Silent Auction, Raffle, and BBQ this past Saturday! We want to thank everyone who donated items, volunteered, and purchased items. If it was not for you, it would not have been as successful without you. The funds will go a long way to help send our Canadian contingent to Kyoto, Japan in April of 2020 as we will attend the 6th World Butokusai.

This week at the dojo is a shortened week as we move onto the Labour Day Long Weekend, so all classes will be postponed from Friday August 31st to Monday September 3rd. Classes will resume to our regular fall schedule on Tuesday the 4th.

Once into September we will also be starting up our Tallack’s Karate Kids program at several local elementary schools in the Kingston area, look for more info next week!
