Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend!

Instructors Melanie and Dominique had a busy weekend in Ottawa visiting Eastwind Budo Life Centre for the Spring OKDR Gasshuku, they had a chance to work on their Kobudo training, and they look forward to sharing the results in class later this week!

As we move onto another ‘Pre-Testing Week’ here at the dojo, make sure that you are in for your classes and are working hard to get ready for your test happening next week!

The Tallack Martial Arts Demonstration Team will be performing this Friday evening at the Rogers K-Rock Centre for the Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Game, we wish you the best of luck with your performance, and hope that everyone who is at the game enjoys it!

Registration forms for the upcoming CKKA convention weekend on April 6-8 in Vaughan are now available at the dojo, please speak to Melanie, Dom, or Kyle if you are interested in attending.
