Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend!

We are back for another ‘Pre-Tesing Week’ here at the dojo, so ensure that you are in and working hard in your classes to prepare for your tip or belt test next week.

We are also moving onto week two of our second semester Karate Kids Program school classes. We had a great turnout of children across our thirteen schools last week and expect even more to join us this week!

It is also two weeks away from our big Winter Training Festival weekend here at the Ambassador Hotel in Kingston. We are looking forward to seeing everyone out here for it, there are over 130 Pre-Registrations on the list so far, lets keep it going! Everyone is welcome 🙂
