As we move closer to our upcoming event in February, we are looking to our students and family members to help out with our annual fundraiser associated with the event.

Our fundraiser this year is going to the 2020 Kyoto Trip fund, which will help send local members of Tallack Dojo to Japan for their very first time for the upcoming World Martial Arts Festival.

There are three easy ways that you can help out with this:

One is by attending and participating in the weekend’s events, where all profits of the event’s fund collection will go directly to our fundraiser.

The second is by asking local businesses if they would be willing to donate an item to our Raffle and/or Silent Auction tables that we will be holding during the weekend.

And the third would be bidding on any items available that interest you on the aforementioned Raffle and/or Silent Auction tables, as 100% of the money for those tables go directly to the fundraiser.

If you are interested in making a donation to our tables or know someone that would be able to help, please see below for a letter that can be sent and used for the collection of items for the tables.

We will be holding a meeting this upcoming Wednesday on January 24th at 7:15 at the dojo for all Teen & Adult Students, as well as any parents or family members of our Youth Students to help co-ordinate our efforts in collection of the fundraiser items, ensuring the same places or people are not asked several times for the same thing.

We would truly appreciate your help and support in this manner to help make this year’s event the most successful yet!
