Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend!

 

 

This past weekend was a great group of seminars instructed by Hanshi Tallack in Levis, QC. We want to thank everyone who attended, we hope that you enjoyed it!

 

This week will be preparation for our special event happening THIS SATURDAY – our annual 500 Technique Challenge, Skills Competition, and Salvation Army Fundraiser.

The event is being held at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School, begins at 10AM and is expected to finish around 12 Noon.

We have raised over $100,000 for the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Campaign in the past 22 years, and we are looking to add another great total donation amount this Saturday to a great local cause.
