Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend, we sure did!

This past weekend was the Canadian Black Belt Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for Hanshi Tallack and his fellow 2017 inductee members.

We had a great time at the event in Gatineau, it was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with fellow martial arts practitioners as well as celebrate everyone’s accomplishments of the weekend.

This week is “Pre-Testing Week” at the dojo, so make sure that you are in and working hard to prepare for your test next week!

This Saturday is the Annual Fall EMAC Gasshuku in Napanee, great seminars from 9-12 for all ages by great local and visiting master instructors!

Later this month, on Saturday the 25th is our annual ‘Kids Helping Kids Have Christmas’ 500 Technique Challenge and Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Campaign Fundraiser. Look for more information at the dojo, we hope that you can join us for another great event!
