Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend, as we sure had a busy one!

This past weekend, we had our Halloween Parties for our youth and teen students, we want to thank you for coming out, we hope you had a great time!

This past weekend was also the Annual Quebec DNBK Gasshuku in Trois-Riviere. Hanshi Tallack instructed some seminars as well as the other local leading masters of martial arts in Quebec.

This week has a couple events including the Kung-Fu Gymnastics night at the Kingston Gymnastics Club on Thursday evening. As well as the Canadian Black Belt Hall of Fame event on Saturday evening in Gatineau, QC where Hanshi Tallack is one of this year’s inductees.

There are a few more big events coming up in November including the Napanee EMAC Fall Gasshuku, Canadian Goju-Ryu Gasshuku in Levis, QC, and our annual 500 Technique Challenge and Salvation Army Fundraiser.
