Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great one as we sure had a busy one!

Aside from trying not to melt away with this crazy heat wave we’ve been having lately we were at the Fall Princess St. Promenade this past Saturday, our Demonstration Team did a great job showing their skills to the crowd as well as some excellent help from our students to break some boards as well as coming to help out with the event!

We are onto our second week of the Tallack’s Karate Kids Program at our 12 locals schools, there is still time to sign up for our lunchtime or after-school programs, ask your school or give us a call today!

Don’t forget about our 6th Annual 12-Hour Training Day coming up on Saturday October 14th, sign up sheets to go home soon!
