Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend as we sure had a busy one!

We had a great day yesterday at the 8th Annual Kingston Multicultural Arts Festival, the weather was perfect, the crowd was great, and culture was amazing to experience! Look for more pictures and videos to come later this week!

This week we are visiting 12 local elementary schools in the city of Kingston and area to launch another year of the Tallack’s Karate Kids Program, look for us at your school for more information to come home.

This Saturday we will be at the Kingston West-End Boys & Girls Club for the Fall Leisure Showcase, come on over and visit us there for more information on our programs and information for our school programs.

This week is also ‘Testing Week’ here at the dojo, so make sure that you are working hard and bringing in your Home Achievement Chart and/or Belt Testing sheet for your progress test this week! All successful rank testing students will be invited to our monthly Graduation ceremony this Friday from 6 to 7 PM.
