Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend as we sure did!

We had a great time at the Kingston Dragonboat Festival, thank you to everyone who came out to watch, participate, and/or help with our demonstrations, your help was greatly appreciated! Look for some pictures and/or videos to come later this week.

This weekend is the Labour Day Long Weekend, so our classes will be postponed from Friday September 1st until Monday the 4th, our classes will resume on Tuesday the 5th. We hope that you enjoy the last long weekend before the school season starts again.

PLEASE NOTE: When our classes return, it will be the end of our summer schedule. All of our children’s classes will only be in the evening during the week, and the adult lunchtime classes during the week will return to only Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. All students will also be required to wear their full uniforms until next summer season.

Coming soon will be our annual launch of our first semester Karate Kids Program schools, look for more info to come next week!
