Hi everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend, we are back to another week of classes here at the dojo as we move onto the start of August.

This weekend is the Civic Holiday Long Weekend, so classes will be postponed from Friday August 4th to Monday August 7th. Classes will return to our summer schedule on Tuesday August 8th.

Our Lunchtime Advanced Classes are still running for the month of August, Monday’s to Thursday’s from 12-1 for all Advanced students. The last class will be on Thursday August 31st.

Look for our August monthly newsletter to arrive this week, mentioning all of the events coming up this month, including a Kobudo seminar in Ottawa and demonstrations and an information booth the Kingston Dragonboat Festival.

Next week is ‘Pre-Testing Week’, so that means ‘Testing Week’ is in two weeks, make sure that you are working hard and getting ready for your next test!
