Hey everyone, it is a crazy rainy day here at the dojo, but we are back for another week of classes. We hope that you had a great weekend and are ready for some training!

Classes are still running on our summer schedule with our lunchtime classes for all advanced students happening on Monday’s-Thursday’s from 12-1 until the end of August.

This thursday (If the weather is nice) the Kung-Fu class will be practicing at Lions Civic Gardens Park beside the Isabel Turner Library & Cataraqui Town Centre. Come on out and watch the class in action or give it a try!
