Hey everyone! We hope that you had a great weekend, the weather here sure was nice enough for it! We are looking forward to our special event THIS SATURDAY and will be practicing for it all this upcoming week.

Starting at Cataraqui Woods Elementary at 10AM for our Karate Kids Summer Skills Competition and BBQ, with funds from donations going to the Non-Profit Martial Arts and the Kingston Food Bank.

The afternoon will kick off our annual Black Belt Test and Senior Belt Examination. We have six students this year in Karate and Kung Fu testing for their 1st Degree Black Belts and some others testing for advanced Black Belt Ranking. Some students will also participate and be examined to see if they will be eligible to test for their Black Belts in the next year.

P.S. Just as a note, this is the final week of our Karate Kids Program with our Monday schools finishing their programs. All of our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (EXCEPT Perth Rd.) are already finished.

P.S.S. We will also not be holding our regular classes on Saturday afternoon, as we will be running our special event at Cataraqui Woods School in the Morning, and our Test in the afternoon.
