Hey everybody! We hope that you had a great weekend and got a chance to celebrate Mother’s Day yesterday.
We had a great turnout for our final Karate Kids Program Graduations this past weekend, thank you to all of the students and their friends and families that came out to watch them get their new belts! There are a few classes left at each of our schools, and MAKE SURE that if you haven’t received your new belt yet due to missing the graduation, come in for your regular class at the school to get your new belt.
This week at the dojo is our ‘Testing week’, so make sure you are in and ready to work hard with your Home Achievement Chart and/or Belt Testing Sheet for your tip or belt test this week! Our monthly Dojo Graduation Ceremony will be held this Friday at 6 PM for all successful belt testers.
This weekend is also a long weekend, and classes will be postponed on Friday (EXCEPT FOR THE GRADUATION), Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Classes will return to their regular schedule on Tuesday the 23rd. We hope that you enjoy the long weekend with your friends and family.
Don’t forget about our next special event on Saturday June 3rd for the Karate Kids Competition and Black Belt Test day, at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School, 10 AM Start.
Enjoy your day, see you at the dojo!
