Hey everyone! We hope you had a great weekend, we sure had a good one, as we performed for the Chinese Canadian Association of Kingston and District’s Annual Chinese New Year Celebration this past Saturday evening.

We opened the event with a traditional Chinese Lion Dance to welcome the new year. Then later we performed a Martial Arts demonstration showcasing what we practice here at the dojo. Look for more pictures and/or videos to come later this week!

This week is ‘Pre-Testing’ week here at the dojo, so make sure that you are in for your classes preparing for your tip or belt test that will be happening next week.

We are also still in full swing of practice for our upcoming special event, the 22nd Annual Winter Training Festival being held at The Ambassador Hotel during Family Day Long Weekend. February 18th & 19th. If you do not have your pre-registration forms in yet, please bring them in as soon as you can, spaces are limited!

We are also into our second full week of our new Karate Kids Program schools, we still welcome any new registrations or students wishing to try this program for another week.
