Instructors and volunteers need to be @ Cataraqui Woods Elementary School for ​**** 8:30am for setup.

Please join us at Cataraqui Woods E.S. on Saturday November 25^th for our 500 Technique Challenge and Practice Tournament. This event is in support of the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper Campaign by collecting donations from friends and family.

·      Saturday, November 25^th

·      Cataraqui Woods Elementary School

·      Registration begins @ 9:30am

·      Event starts @ 10am sharp.

·      Bring Cash donation, Karate uniform, Running shoes, and Sparring gear.

·      500 Technique Challenge and Practice tournament included.

All Students 4y/o and up will warm up with a 500-karate technique challenge, followed by practicing presenting themselves in a confident manner during an in-house practice tournament tailored to their experience level.

Karate instructors will be handing out donation envelopes in class.
