Hey everyone, we hope that you had a great weekend!

We are getting set for our final week of some Karate Kids Program classes, but more importantly, our annual Summer Skills Competition and Black Belt Test Day is coming this Saturday!

We will start the morning off at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School at 10am for the competition, party and BBQ. Move back to the dojo to start the test and weather permitting, have some of the test at Lions Civic Gardens Park before completing back here at the dojo. Estimated end time is 9pm with a social gathering to follow.

The event is a fundraiser for the Kingston Food Bank, so please bring a non-perishable food or monetary donation for admission to the event to help out a great local cause!
