Because of YOUR participation with the2023 Summer Training Festival, Boarding breaking, and youth workshops, $500 was donated to the Kingston Foodbank! Karate is not only about blocks and kicks, it includes giving back to your community.
Civic Holiday Long Weekend
All classes on Friday, August 4th to Monday, August will be postponed for the Civic Holiday Long Weekend. Training will take place at the Summer Training Festival Event @ St. Lawrence College Kingston. See you there! 🙂
